Wishes Come True. Maybe, Not?
Tuesday, December 23, 2008 11:23 AM
Ok, don't bother so much about the title. Apparently, my brain juice is running low & I can't think of a title to fit this entry. But anyways, the general idea is there. It is about wishes.

Take a look at my 'fingers crossed' column. There's some things added. Some things striked off. Muahahaha...
& yes, true enough, I did get a new bag. Guess where I bought it? Rip Curl @ Marina Square. Cost: $75. Sis paid it for me. I think she got her bonus or something like that. So, yay! I got a new backpack! & I love it! =)

Ohh, I also bought a basketball. Hahaha... My family was like wondering, how come out of the blue, I got interested in basketball. Blame Mr... Hahaha... Quite a long story as of why I wanted to get a basketball & play. So, I shan't write it here. & I played with my cousins on Sunday, which was kinda awesome! But, damn, I got tired out so easily. Like duh?! I havent been exercising.

& also, on that day, I went out with Natasha, at night, met up with Stephen. Hahaha... I had fun. I was driven crazy by this guy. Tsk Tsk Tsk... Was talking & slacking at Skate Park at Somerset. Some of the skaters there were damn good. The bikers also. Cool shat!
I had a sudden feeling that I havent been cycling for so long. So, I think I should cycle one day. (Stephen, lets go cycling!! Hahaha!)

That was what happen on Saturday.

Now it's Tuesday. Oh, Happy 7th Month, my dear Mr.

&, when some wishes are striked off, there must be something added on to it. True enough, I want something else. A new handphone, probably a Sony Ericsson W902. (but, damn, its expensive! Approx. $500) & I found something surprising yesterday. Mr. thinks its cool that both of us have the same phone. Oh-so-unpredictable...

Ok, anyways, I also want a new digicam. Was browsing thru Sony's website, when I saw a stylish digicam, Sony Cybershot T700, 10.1 MP, 3.5" LCD screen. But OMG, the cost is approx. $600.

Where can I get $1100 before Hari Raya next year? I gotta save up, NOW.

& I got nothing else to say.
So, toodles~

Short, Sweet, Monday
Tuesday, December 16, 2008 5:30 PM
I was shocked on Monday, by an sms from Mr.
He asked me out, for pool or guitar heroes and window shopping.
Sadly, I had to run some errands, and only went out with him around 5 pm.

So, we just played bowling.
Whatthehell is wrong with me?
Everytime with him, I screwed up.
He said he suck at bowling, but, from the way I see it, NO.
Hahaha...
In fact, he did better than me. Wayy better. As usual.

But, I caught him in action. He looks kinda funny.

Hahaha... His stance is funny.

White shirt, jeans, shoes. That's what he was wearing.
Not to forget, his sweet-smelling cologne (which I oh-so-love).
Ohh, but I like his shoes this time.
It's actually basketball shoes, but it doesn't look like a sports shoe when worn with jeans.
But he looks good in it. & I didn't ask how much, because I guessed that it must have cost a bomb, and he said, it was his parents who bought it for him.
How cool is that!

(FYI, Mr. is very much into basketball now.)

Then, after bowling, we head to Jurong Point to eat dinner.
Had his favourite Sweet & Sour Fish. Hahaha...
Ok, I know why he likes it so much. It was nice. =)

After that, he just send me home.
He had basketball practice again.
So, yeah... It was a short, sweet Monday.

I fell asleep, listening to a Spanish song which happens to be his msg tone.
Hahaha...

"hasta el final"

Start & Ends with B
Thursday, December 11, 2008 11:13 PM
Made my Wednesday un-boring. Decided to go out with Natasha. Can guess where? BOWLING! Hahaha... Awesome... Been playing bowling recently, ever since my cousins started to ask my family along. So, yeahh... Me & Natasha played bowling at Marina Square. I have to say the place there quite old. But, dont mind that fact. Just play lah!
Bowl Away!

That's me. Starting to swing the ball.

& then, that's Natasha. Enthu, right? Hahah...

& that's the score.

I had fun. We played 2 games each. I finally managed to reach a 100 points. Awesome. Scored a few spares, and 1 strike, at least. Hahaha... & I'm considering whether to bowl more. Hahah... At least it keeps me away from boredom. But, 1 problem: Money. Hahaha... I don't have that much money, you know. Hahaha...
& That's the 1st part. Bowling!
After that, we felt kinda hungry. & I was craving for ice-cream. It was quite a hot weather arh. So, walked over to the Esplanade, One Fullerton. Randomly, we ate at Gelare. OMG. Sinful, heavenly...

this was what I ate. brownie w/ ice-cream.

this was what natasha ate. cookie craze or sth like dat.
just look at my face. asking 4 a smack 4 eating without offering. hehe.

Then we just slacked at One Fullerton, & look at tourists & more people around. Become like anthropologists for the day. Hahaha... We slacked, until I decided to call Mr. & then, guess how I end my day...

BASKETBALL!

Haha... Too bad no pictures. Coz I suck at playing bball. Big Time! Obviously, Mr. plays much better than me. Damn, I need to play more. Sheesh...
But, it was FUN. It's been a long time ever since I played, and I felt much better after that. I was like so awake & I only slept at 2 am. Hahaha... It was awesome! :)

& that's why it starts & ends with a B. It's just MY day... =)

"KooL" Trip
8:36 AM
It's time I update about my KL Trip. Damn, it was good. But, I do learn something from the trip - which is to appreciate my own country, Singapore! Like, seriously... In terms of road rules (traffic lights), customer service, etc, Singapore is still the best. Anyways, so, here goes my story.
(I'll try to cut it short. No worries.)
We reached KL at around 4 pm. It was like a 6 hour journey. Took Five Stars Tours. OMG. The bus was awesome!

Me trying to operate the TV.

As you can see, there's TV, headphones, & a comfortable chair. It was real relaxing throughout that 6 hour bus ride. Then, as soon as we reached, we took a van & head to our hotel. Hotel was good too. Concorde Hotel. Only that, the service wasn't that good. They did not attend to us when we entered, but they attended to other people (eurasians, caucasians, etc) instead. That sucks. Seriously. But, anyways, this is a sneak peek of how the room is like.

there's like a side chair & a side table with the standing lamp.

quite a big bed, if you ask me.

& of course a mirror.

pillow fight!

There's also a TV & radio beside it. The toilet was just ok, there's still a bathtub, even though it wasn't like a suite or anything. Yeahh... All in all, it's just ok lah. Good...

After that, all of us head down to like pasar malam places. Those which open till late at night, and can bargain, & cheap. I bought a lot of stuffs at those places. Mainly tops. Oh, bought 1 for Mr. also. He looks good in it, except he said it's kinda tight. But, whatever. He still said he likes it. So, I'm ok with that. (& btw, I wash my hands off Mr. fashion style & clothes.)

Shop till about 1+ in the morning. As soon as I reached the hotel, I just throw myself on the bed & sleep. Hehe...

On the 2nd day:
Went to shopping centre this time. Times Square. Took the monorail. OMG. DAMN SCARY. It was like quite unstable. The wheels were only in the middle & the left & right doesn't look safe at all. We almost couldnt breathe properly in there (or maybe, just ME alone), until we actually alighted.

that's the monorail.

On the way to the Times Square, we saw a wall full of graffiti. So, what did we do?

tried to jump in front of it! this is just a failed version of it.

It was fun. Really. Hahaha... I think there was one successful jump. It was cute lah. Hahaha... & the graffitis were cool!

Then, when we were at Times Square, they had this cool theme park. Imagine: A Theme Park in a shopping centre. It was cool. But it was scary. SUPER scary. The roller coaster ride especially. I screamed just by looking at it turn and going at such a speed. Seriously... I guess I was too scared, that I even forgot to take a picture of it. Hahaha...

& then, we went to eat at Kenny Rogers. Nahh... It was just ok. Wasn't that good. Wasn't that bad either... Service sucks though. Like, really. Shan't go into further details. You want details, ask me. Heh.
Halfway through, our parents went to KLCC, while me & my cousins still remained at Times Square. Guess this one. What will girls do, when they're left all alone in a shopping centre?

Isn't the answer obvious? SHOPPING LAH! Retail Therapy! Hahaha.. Ok, I have to tell you guys this. How we go shopping - it's like going at 80km/hr. Hahaha... Imagine that. We were like super fast. We knew what we wanted. We just went to the shops. Find the things we want, & thats it. Well, obviously, we still had a lot of time left, & we didn't feel like meeting our parents. So, we just hanged there. Went up & down, exploring. It was fun. FUN-tastic! Hahaha... & of course, I got myself some tops & a pair of sandals.

2nd night:
We got hungry. Went to find some food. On the way back, saw the Petronas Twin Towers. & so, yeah... We took a picture of us, in front of it. Hehe.

Haha. As you can see, we're all in our sleeping clothes. Preparing for bed. Hehe...

3rd day:

Ahh... Last day. The plan was to just go to my Dad's friend's house. But we woke up early in the morning, feeling hungry, not knowing what to do. So, while our parents went to find the market to buy some stuffs back, we went to explore again. This time we walked towards the left hand side, & then, we found KLCC. Big place. Can be compared to Vivo. & we bought some food at Cold Storage.

& we ate A&W. Yummy!

So, we got back to hotel on time. & proceeded to Dad's friend's place. Surprise! We celebrated my Aunt's birthday there also!

The parents

Hmm... & then we made our way back home. Approx. 7 hours journey. There were a few jams & slow traffic here & there. Reached home at around 11+. The next day (Tuesday) was a school day. Hahah... Forced myself to step out of bed. I can still feel the "jetlag" (I didnt take an airplane, but a bus instead.)

That's about my trip in KL. Hope you guys enjoyed reading it.
Please, people, Appreciate Singapore.
At least our traffic lights work better, our customer service are wayy much better, & our transportation is much more safer.
Hehe...
Till next time. Adios.

Awesome Night Out
Wednesday, December 3, 2008 10:29 PM
Anyways, seems like Kai & Tas are asking me to update. So, here I am, updating.
What have I been doing lately?
I had an awesome night out. I swear it was awesome. Hahaha...
Basically, I just went to Marina Barrage with my cousins. Before that, we went to play bowling, and OMG, how I suck at bowling after so long not playing it. Like, seriously SUCK. Totally lost touch of it. Hmm, maybe I can find some time to bowl with my friends during the school holidays. Anyways, after that, had dinner.
Ohh, you know what's the best part for that dinner? CEREAL PRAWNS! My favourite! Hahaha... & then, we all head down to Marina Barrage. It was really fun, at night. Being the girl that I am, you know, the lazy, love-to-slack, kinda girl, yeah... I enjoyed myself.

at the rooftop of marina barrage. awesome view.

the view of the 1st level from the top.

my feet is in the water. REALLY!

OK... There's actually a water playground nearby at the 1st level. So, me & my cousins played there. Thank goodness we didnt get wet! It was really fun! It somehow reminds me of Vivo. & in fact, I think it'll be the next Vivo. With you know, the water playground, and such stuffs. & there was a lot of people there. Even though there's nothing much down there. Like, u know, there's no shops at all, but yeahh, there's still a lot of people. Actually, we took a lot of pictures, it's just that I havent got it yet. Maybe, I'll post it up as soon as I got the pictures.

Oh wells, I feel really bored right now. My Wednesdays are usually so boring. I should try and find something to do. Like, err, cycling, jogging?? Hahaha... These are ideas that Mr. gave. He's been playing basketball recently. So, maybe I should find something to do. Blading or something. How cool! Coz I'm really very bored of doing NOTHING on Weds. Hahaha...

But actually, I should appreciate it also. Once FYP starts, things are not gonna be easy either. Hehe...

& my 'sisters' from different mothers, we should meet up during the holidays k. Got a lot of stories to tell you guys also. Lets be 'rich' kids on the run again! Hahaha... =))

Ok, I guess that's about it. Will update again soon. See y'all.
