Been some time ever since I update. As usual, as said in my previous post, its a busy 2 weeks. Now, the busy week has almost come to an end. Yippee!!!
So, what have I been up to besides school and work lately?
Yesterday and Today have been spent in school. Had MOE Conference.
I have to admit, at first I didnt know what it was all about. I didnt even know what I had to do. They only give me one idea of what I'm supposed to do - Facilitate. Rites... That helps a lot!
Hahaha... I swear I wasnt the only one who felt so lost. So, what we did, we just follow instructions lah... You know, you wont go wrong if you follow instructions. So, yeahh...
Lets just say, for the 1st day, coming to school early was a wrong choice. SO WRONG!
SAs basically rot in the SU room, until it was time for duty which was only at 415 pm, and we came at 10+, only to listen to briefings, eat, talk, and slack. Hahaha...
Time for duty. Me, Alvin, & Jon, had to go to Agora Hall 4. Started with an intro (finally, i have an idea of what facilitating - not the PBL way - is like). The session was about Information Technology - The Force Multiplier in something something.......
Hahaha... Sorry, cant remember. Presenters were staff of TJC. I shant comment on the presentation lah. Better keep comments to myself. SHHH....
And then, time to go home. The whole day was filled with laughter and jokes lah. It's not always boring hanging out with SAs you know. We seriously crap a lot, and we really mean, CRAP.
Hahahaha... What's with rat shit, tails, eyes, lungs, intestines and all... You just dont wanna know what we talk about.

2nd day of Conference was much better. Me, Niki, Alvin, facilitate this talk about Mother's Involvement bla bla bla.... Hahaha... It was much better than the IT Talk lah, actually. Niki & Me had a chance to talk.
I swear, it was like the most embarassing moment ok. The talk was something about how much a mother's involvement affect the child's academic results and stuff like dat lah.
There were a few categories of the mother, and mine happen to fall into group 2. So, I had to share my views, and I say that it was my own choice that I did not want my parents to be so involved in what I am doing in school. Hahaha..
Yea, and as I'm writing this 'Hahaha...', I really mean, the audience were laughing at me.
& I was like, -__- Ok, whats so funny? Hahahaha....
But, I had quite a good experience lah. Never talked to such audience before. Quite fun, I must say.
And, since we are on the topic of parents, I want to talk about my mum. But, I'll push that till the end. Let me continue with my updates first.
Err, as far as I can remember, there was one day, if I'm not wrong last Friday, I had school. But, oops, I skipped halfway with Natasha.
So, met Kai at woodlands for a while to take Crumpler. Then, proceed to City Hall, where Mr. was waiting. Gave him the Crumpler. I swear, he had no reaction. But, I guessed he was happy.
& then, we talked for a while. Shall leave that hanging there.
I was still with Natasha... We had nowhere else to go, seriously. So, we went walking around, slacking at City Hall area. In the end, we ended up at Marina Bay, and watched Mosaic Music Festival. Awesome!
FYI, Jessea Thyidor was singing. If you still remember her that is. I enjoyed it. Seriously. It was nice... =)
After that, head home.
The next day, went out with dear brother. Didnt go anywhere much lah. Hang out at usual place, Vivo. Always feel relaxed when with him. But couldnt control my train of thoughts arh. I seriously dont know what I was thinking. A mixture of feelings, and yeah, thoughts, but nevermind about that. Managed to clear it out with brother. Hahaha... I know I can always count on him. Also went to Toys'R'Us. Hahaha... Talked about toy cars, and simply just hang there for some time lah. The toys nowadays, Wow... Ok...
Then, went to accompany him to Fountain of Wealth, Suntec. It was really nice. The laser show and stuffs. Ok, I admit, I am Singaporean, but I swear, I havent seen the Fountain of Wealth like that, as in, with the lasers and all. It was really cool... I like...
(& I started to wish for my future boyfriend to do something like that for me. Like, you know, a surprise dedication or something...Typical, I know. But its sweet... Hahaha...)
Ok, shant digress...
Ok. So that is the Fountain of Wealth for me. If you all can see lah, got some graphics and words. Yeahh... I had fun...
So, that was my updates so far. & I say, I want to talk about my mum right...
Yeahh... Sometimes, I seriously dont understand her.
Can anyone tell me whats wrong about making my own decisions at 18 years old?
& shall I repeat that - 18 years old.
Ok, basically, I talked to her about work, and she started to nag. Haiz... I dont get it, why she didnt allow me to work lah. I told her, experience, and she was like, You're still studying, can you like, make it seem like as if you're really studying, in school. Whats with finding work and all this?
& I just kept quiet, of course. I dont know why from the start till now, she couldnt support me. She always had this thought that I'm still too young, I guess. I wanted to like remind her, I'm 18, but it sounded so rude. So, I decided not to. Haiz... I dont know how else to change her mindset or something, you know, and let her know that I'm 18, and I can make my own decisions and all that.
There's something which she said which is true. I am most of the time Out. I hardly stay home. Hahaha... I have to say, this is quite true. I dont know why, but I just cant stand sitting at home doing housework. & another reason, I just wanted exposure. I just want to see and understand what the real world is like out there, especially the working world, and thats why, I actually went jobhunting. Hahaha...
I guess, my conclusion from this is, When you're the youngest, your mum will always see you as a kid no matter how old you are.
Anyone agree with me? Hahaha...
K, I think I shall end here. S***! I'm going to fall sick soon. Seriously. Need to go grab some Panadol.

What happen 2day??
I went out with my girlfriends, Kai & Tas... It was such a perfect day. Hahaha... Firstly, I met with Tas at Yishun. This time, she wasnt that late. Had to wait only like 5 min for her... So, that was very good! Hahaha...
& then, we make our way to AMK, to meet Kai. She was the late one. All the way from Yishun to AMK, she still havent reach AMK yet. And we still have to wait for her for around 5-10 min. Haiz... & I believe, she still has to treat us to lunch. Hahaha...
After that we make our way to Orchard. It felt so good to me, coz we were walking among not-so-many people. Not as much as it always is. After all, it was a Tuesday. So yeahh...
Make our way to Wisma Atria. Bought for Tas this long cardigan as her PRE-birthday present. She couldnt stop talking about it and thanking us, until it gets a little irritating. But she finally stopped anyways. (Thank God!) Hahahaha...
Tas, again, no problem lah. That was d best we could give to you. We're extremely happy that you got what you wanted!& then, we make our way to Paragon. I need to get something expensive from there. Hush... It's supposed to be a secret. After buying that, we crossed over and ate lunch at Swensens.
Ohh, and did I tell you that we were seriously acting like rich kids? Well, we really did.
We went to Paragon, and act like high-class people. As I was paying for the stuff, Kai & Tas was like saying that this particular thing cost 200 bucks. And they go like, "Wah, 200 bucks is still quite ok arh..." And the sales guy was looking at them. Hahahah...
& at Swensens, Tas as usual, ate her Breaded Chicken thingey. I ate Spaghetti and Kai ate Baked Rice. Awesome! I became like a dustbin lah. Kai couldnt finish her rice and I hafta finish like 1/4 of it, which somehw makes me kinda full. & the funny thing was that all of us pay for our own food. We realise we gave 20 cents short, after counting back how much we gave. The girl had to go all the way back to our table to ask for 20 cents. Hahaha... I find that funny...
Ok, anyways, we then, make our way back to Wisma, find some of Tas's stuffs again, and then, walked around Far East. Haiz... There was like quite a few things I wanted to buy there, but I resist the temptation, coz I need to save more money. Hahaha...
& I hafta say, I'm fully booked this week. School for the next 3 days. Work at night tomorrow.
I'm also searching for another job currently lah... Haiz...
Weekends are either rest days or for family, (excluding Saturday).
So, Saturday is still kinda free.
Next Mon & Tues are school days. Maybe will be working at night for the next 2 days (Wed & Thur. Will be free in the mornings & afternoons). & then, Friday is booked for Kai.
So, I guess, in other words, Fira has a busy 2 weeks. Hehehe...
As usual, people, book me whenever you want a day out with me aites... =) Hahahaha...
(Ok, I'm just kidding around).
On my way back just now, was msging Mr. S. Hahaha... As usual, he brightens up my day. Never fail to do so. (This time, I was the one who took the initiative to start msging him lar...)
& I guess, dats about it for today. Still waiting for Mr to msg me. He should be back today. So, I'm still waiting, waiting, waiting... Hahaha... I cant wait to see him, get my things back, and give him his surprise to see his reaction. I think he'll be psyched.
