Firstly,
I woke up as early as 6 am, (FYI, even earlier than the time I wake up to go school). Hehehe... Get ready. My family packed all the stuffs, and off we go to meet my cousins, aunts/uncles at Harbourfront. Cut short the story. At arnd 8+, a few minutes before 9, we made our way to the Immigration, for Departure. It's like a mini-airport. You have to deposit your bags, yada yada... Pass thru the metal detector thingey... You know - standard procedures. Hahaha...
Next up,
The journey on the vessel from Singapore to Batam was indescribable. We board the vessel, and took a whole lotta pictures. We sat down in the vessel, and it left at around 9:05. After a while, we decided to go to the top. This is the funny part to me. After sitting a while in the vessel, it was not easy to balance once you stood up to walk. It was like shaking left to right, and while going up the stairs, I think our legs were shaking, and we're like just waiting to fall, or something. Hahahaha... It took us quite a while to be able to balance, and taking pictures was not easy too! With the wind blowing our hair all over our faces... Here's the pictures!

I told you the strong wind was kinda irritating. Hehe.I swear the wind was very strong. Despite that, the view of the sea, it was great... Seriously... &, it took us around 1 hr++ to reach Batam. Once we're there, we "checked out" as usual, and off we go, walking around. I went to have my hair cut at Johnny Andrean. I heard, it was the famous salon there at Batam. & I felt rich for 1 day. I was given 50 Sing dollars (if u were to count it in Singapore currency), but well, ok, actually, I was given 300 000 Rupiah. Tell me, people, what can you get with 50 Sing dollars, and what can you get with 300 000 Rp. Hahaha...
Cut my hair for 35 000 Rp. Oh, sorry, not just cut, but wash & blow too! 35 000 Rp, if converted to Sing dollars, its only around 5 bucks + i guess. Cheap Cheap... Hahaha...
After I cut my hair, we went to eat. Just to fill our stomach a little, before more shopping was done. Hahaha... Food, was quite ok. It was like a Swensens at Batam. More pictures?? Here you go...

a few of the adults. =)There you go... After eating, our parents all went separate ways. While me, my sisters and my cousin, went shopping! Hahaha... It was really nice... I felt like spending almost everything there. After all, when you convert it to Sing dollars, it is cheap... Hahaha... Shop, Shop, Shop, in a place like Metro, we bought 7 pieces of clothes, which cost us around 110 bucks. U see..? Metro, 7 pieces, 110 Sing dollars... Almost impossible..?? Hahaha... I got 1 pants, and arnd 2 shirts. Hehehe... =) Just simply great... I dont know how else to describe my experience there. Hahaha...
On the way back, it was packed. Like, seriously packed. All of us were seriously tired. But we never leave without taking more & more pictures!! Hahaha...
Basically, even though we're tired, we still manage to put a smile on our faces. Lets just say, we simply loove taking pictures! Hahaha... Ohh, and also to kill boredom on the way back. Hahaha... A really really nice experience, I must say. Make you feel as if you're rich on 1 day. & make you shop like mad! Hahaha... =)
